If you desire to host an event that falls under the Evangelism Ministry. Please complete an event request form below with all the requested information. Once the form is completed it is reviewed by the responsible leadership member and the calendar administration for approval. Once the review is complete and the event is approved then the event is added to the calendar and event planning can commence.
